* Medical Expenses incurred in Non Network Facility / Practitioner: Limited to amount that would be paid to a PPO Network or In Network provider (as defined herein) within the geographic area where services were rendered. *Any fraud, misstatement or concealment, in the statement made by or on behalf of the Insured Person prior to the commencement of the donorship procedures or any fraudulent claim made thereunder shall render this Insurance null and void and all Claims thereunder shall be forfeited. * The coverage provides for medical expenses of the Oocyte Donor and Recipient screening, synchronization and related procedures provided that such Medical Expenses are incurred within ninety (90) days of the completion of the Oocyte Donor screening, synchronization and related procedures and are incurred within four (4) months of the first date of screening, synchronization and related procedures by the Insured's Oocyte Donor. Reimbursement of agreed related medical expenses, in excess of any other collectable medical expense insurance, as a result of Injury or Sickness. |
