As a third-party health claims administrator, New World Administrators, Inc. is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. At this time, our sole client is New Life Agency, Inc.

Our organization is a petite full-service claims administration company. Our responsibilities to our clients include but are not limited to, plan implementation, enrollment, claims processing and customer care. The majority of our time is spent on processing medical claims; which we view as the core of our business. We take great care to ensure that through each step of the process attention is paid to accuracy and efficiency. Our standard protocol is to have all claims re-priced through our network, entered in our claims processing system, adjudicated, and paid within 30 days. We have contracts with two provider networks; which we utilize to provide our clients with the deepest discounts available for their medical expenses.
