There are two options available to industry professionals to obtain Oocyte Donor Program, Medical Expense Liability Insurance Coverage through New Life Agency:
The Oocyte Donor and Recipient insurance for Surrogacy Agencies, Egg Donor Agencies, IVF Centers and Attorney Firms, collectively industry professionals, enables industry professionals to expand their pool of scheduled donors by offering a specific medical expense insurance that covers the donor procedure, prudently managing medical expense liability.
The Insurance Policy is underwritten by Lloyd's of London. "A" rated superior security by A.M. Best, financial size XV (excess of two billion dollars) and an S & P rating of excellence in claims servicing. Coverage shall begin when the donor/recipient receives their first issued treatment of any medications or procedures to include birth control.
The coverage provides for medical expenses of the Oocyte Donor and Recipient screening, synchronization and related procedures provided that such Medical Expenses are incurred within ninety (90) days of the completion of the Oocyte Donor screening, synchronization and related procedures and are incurred within four (4) months of the first date of screening, synchronization and related procedures by the Insured's Oocyte Donor. Reimbursement of agreed related medical expenses, in excess of any other collectable medical expense insurance, as a result of Injury or Sickness.
New Life Agency offers two coverage's:
Premium: US$395.00 Oocyte Donor and Recipient coverage

Premium: US$250.00 for Oocyte Donor only coverage subject to a deductible: $2,500 per occurrence

- The policy must be purchased per cycle.
- Medications prescribed or administered to either participants, policy may not be refunded.

* Medical Expenses incurred in Non Network Facility / Practitioner: Limited to amount that would be paid to a PPO Network or In Network provider (as defined herein) within the geographic area where services were rendered.
*Any fraud, misstatement or concealment, in the statement made by or on behalf of the Insured Person prior to the commencement of the donorship procedures or any fraudulent claim made thereunder shall render this Insurance null and void and all Claims thereunder shall be forfeited. |
