The Surrogate Accidental Death Insurance® is only offered through New Life Agency and can be purchased in addition to the Surrogate Maternity Coverage. If you purchase our Cycle Medical Plan® that policy has SAD coverage included.
SAD Insurance® is specifically designed to insure both the surrogate's family and the intended parent(s) in the event of death. As any death benefit, it is designed to make the beneficiary's financially whole again.
